		<description>Actually, I wouldn&#039;t spend too much time worrying about Keyword Density (unless you&#039;re blatantly stuffing keywords).

I would instead insure that the SEO focal points are covered (title, meta desc, h1, h2&#039;s, emphasis in 1st and last paragraph, file name, imagery name &amp; alts) and then spend a reasonable amount of time getting the most relevant inbound links pointing to the target page with keywords in the link text or at least in the anchor title.

Once you hit page 1 (and you will with the above paragraph), it&#039;s all about CTR and bounce rate. If users think you&#039;re the best result (based on  your title/meta desc) then your CTR will be higher and move you up. If users ignore you once you get to the number 10 spot, you&#039;ll bounce back to 11 or worse.

CTR plays a huge role in PPC as well. The two algorithms aren&#039;t very different, other than the fact that PPC sucks money from your wallet and organic sucks time and energy.
