Hi so you got a new website and looking for website traffic. While Discussing website traffic I heared many people discussing the benchmark of how to get 1,000 visitors a day. Many people who are just starting out with a website see this as an unattainable goal, because they are probably only getting 5 or 6 random visitors per day. if this is you do not need to worry! This is very normal in the beginning, I mean it happened to me and a lot of other people I know. So just keep your head up and try some of these strategies that I am about to talk about.

According to me, I think that search engines are by far the best way to drive targeted traffic to any website. Their are many methods to do this, some are free and some require an investment. However for the sake of this article I am going to discuss the free methods::

1.. Write articles and submit them on a weekly basis. This is one key way you can begin to receive massive traffic and get closer to your goal to get 1,000 visitors per day to your website. Now, this will not happen overnight, and you do have to write a lot of articles, but if you will do it properly you will see it pay off in a few months.

2. Keywords optimize your classified ads so they will show up in the search engines. A lot of times a good classified ad on craigslist or backpage will show up on the first page of Google or yahoo for a particular search term. This is not uncommon, and should be a method you use to try and generate some free traffic from the search engines.

3. Practice some basic search engine optimization techniques. This is the best way to achieve fast results and be well on your way to the kind of website traffic you want. These are some of the first steps to take in dealing with how to get 1,000 visitors per day to your site. Just remember, don’t quit and keep your eye on the prize!

4. Send your website to Website Direcotires it will give you many backlinks. Famous Web direcotry is Dmoz.
